Mitchell County has available industrial sites, industrial parks, and available buildings. Our Development Authority will work with businesses who are interested in locating or expanding within Mitchell County. The County offers incentives to businesses for location and expansion and is a Tier I county within the OneGeorgia incentive program. This classification as a Tier I county offers businesses within Mitchell County to take advantage of the greatest incentive benefits available within the State of Georgia, both tax credits and other incentives.

Camilla and Pelham both have a Chamber of Commerce and work jointly with the Development Authority on many projects.
