Description of Services:

• Mitchell County EMS is a Georgia licensed ambulance service zoned to respond to all of Mitchell County and the municipalities with.
• Complete Advanced Life Support is provided 24/7 from the main station located in Camilla and two sub-stations: South Mitchell County (Pelham) and North Mitchell County (Baconton).
• Employ 20 Paramedics, 2 Cardiac Technicians and 3 EMT- Intermediates.
• Operate 4 ambulance units daily and are supported by a First Responder program made up from paid and volunteer firefighters throughout the County.
• Offer CPR and first aid classes to the public.
